dia 8 de abril, gestores das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es sociais participantes das duas edi\u00e7\u00f5es do <strong>PCDI &#8211; Programa Compartilhado de Desenvolvimento Institucional<\/strong> realizado pela <strong>Conviver Saber Social<\/strong>, com apoio do <strong>Instituto C&amp;A<\/strong>, se encontraram para o encerramento desta fase do projeto de Desenvolvimento Institucional da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o social.<\/p>\n<p>O clima n\u00e3o era de finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, mas sim de largada, de vontade de fazer e realizar. Mar\u00edlia Dupim Mattoso, do <strong>Rotary Club de Curvelo<\/strong>, escolheu as palavras Renova\u00e7\u00e3o, Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e Futuro para resumir o que foi o PCDI para a sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o social, que realiza atendimento de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 Daniela Lima, da\u00a0organiza\u00e7\u00e3o social <strong>Caminhos do Bem<\/strong>, conta que &#8220;o PCDI foi um presente de uma utilidade imensa que me inspirou a criar novas metodologias e din\u00e2micas a serem aplicadas e trabalhadas com as crian\u00e7as e adolescentes que conhe\u00e7o por meio das aulas de ballet. Vejo o PCDI como uma lupa, uma oportunidade para pessoas e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es enxergarem o seu &#8216;neg\u00f3cio&#8217; com um novo olhar. Os encontros foram muito produtivos e esclarecedores, e ainda, ampliamos nossa rede de contatos.
